Welcome. I offer a warm and safe environment within which we can explore your concerns and rediscover parts of yourself you may have forgotten, including your innate joy and wisdom. In my practice, I am committed to inclusivity, and I honor diversity. Together we will find new perspectives and solutions to problems that have made you feel stuck. Our work can help you feel more connected to yourself, to others, and the world around you, so that you feel more balanced and fully alive.
My approach is integrative and holistic, incorporating attachment based models such as DARe, and mindfulness to cultivate self-compassion and wisdom. I also use Somatic Experiencing to facilitate healing from trauma and to foster transformation.
We will explore the connection among the many elements of your mind body system, moving towards full embodiment. Awareness of and appreciation for our internal landscape leads to greater clarity, better relationships with ourselves and others, more thoughtful action in the world, and subsequently, more satisfying experiences. Gaining a deeper understanding of ourselves supports us to develop the capacity to change old patterns that are no longer helpful, and to become healthier and happier.
Through individual psychotherapy, I am passionate about supporting growth, evolution and healing, and the process of thriving, being more fully present for life, and enriching relationships through authenticity.
